Job Description:

Sell all products and services offered by Your Wireless.

Meet all sales objectives.

Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders.

Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features.

Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the store manager regarding local competition.

Handle service inquiries from customers.

Achieve and exceed personal sales and profit goals. Engaging and educating customers through product demonstration based on their needs. Build a loyal customer base by creating long-term relationship. Staying up to date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices. Interacting to provide prompt, friendly and courteous service to customers in person and on the phone

Qualifications:1-2 years retail/ customer facing/sales experience. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Assist with inventories, reports and other duties assigned by the manager. Open and close the store following written procedures. Responsible for cash transactions, inventories and other assets of store. Computer literate, College education or equivalent, and bilingual ability is a plus
